Terms & Conditions

Thrive Gymnastics Club - Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Thrive GC!

By enrolling your child/ren, or yourself (18+) onto our classes, programs and opportunities, you agree to abide by, uphold and maintain the following terms and conditions

Schedule, Fees, Credits and Refunds

  • All fees for classes are due in advance of taking part in trials and/or block bookings
  • Thrive operates a no refund policy.
  • Credits and Refunds will only be issued if Thrive is unable to deliver a class due to unforeseen circumstances, for example coach/staff illness or unavailability and venue closure. Thrive will endeavour to organise and schedule a Make Up Session for any class not delivered as detailed above. Where this is the case, a Make Up Session will be the first option offered as an alternative. If for any reason parents, gymnasts or participants are unable to make the revised class then a credit or refund will be issued.
  • All due refunds are processed on the 30th of every month - once per month and a minimum of 14 working days (Monday - Friday) is needed to set this up, per refund request.

Club Kit and Attire

  • All gymnasts and participants are required to wear the official Thrive Club Kit (or other designated uniform for special occasions) to every gymnastics session and the details of how and where to purchase this attire will be provided by Thrive.
  • For health and safety reasons, jewellery, including studs and friendship bracelets are not to be worn in session. Hair should be tied up, back or away from the face as appropriate and bringing water to each class is a requirement.

As an overview, this is an annual fee and proof of membership will be requested after enrolment with Thrive, before participation in ongoing sessions and will need to be renewed each year as appropriate in order to continue taking sessions.
